What we collect

Before launch, we collect only what you choose to give us when you register interest or contact us: your name, email address, the goal you selected and any message you write.

Once the service is live, assessing a home loan requires more detailed information about your income, expenses, debts, identity and the property. We will tell you what is needed and why at each step.

Awaiting owner input: Confirm full list of information collected at launch, including any sensitive information.

How we use it

To respond to you, keep you informed about the launch if you asked us to, and, once live, to provide broking services you request.

We do not sell personal information.

Awaiting owner input: Confirm all purposes and any direct marketing approach.

Who we share it with

Once live, providing broking services involves sharing information with lenders and service providers you agree to, such as identity verification providers. We will ask for your consent where required.

Awaiting owner input: List categories of third parties, including any overseas recipients and their countries.

Storage and security

Information you submit through forms on this site is sent to our servers and is not stored in your browser. Sensitive documents will be stored privately with checked access.

Awaiting owner input: Confirm hosting locations, retention periods and destruction practices.

Analytics and cookies

We may record basic, anonymous usage events, such as which goal was selected or whether a form was submitted. These events do not include financial or identity details.

Awaiting owner input: Confirm analytics provider and consent settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Awaiting owner input: Supply privacy contact details and response timeframes.
